We're pleased to announce that VIP Gummies now accepts international bank transfers, making it easier for customers outside the UK to place orders. For a long time we've only been able to accept UK Faster Payments. Now, international customers can pay by SWIFT or SEPA bank transfer at checkout. Orders are still processed and dispatched in the same way, so nothing changes on the product or delivery side. Handling fee A flat £5 handling fee is applied to all international orders. This covers the additional costs of receiving, converting and processing cross-border payments. The fee is added automatically during checkout and shown clearly on the order summary before you confirm. How it works 1. Add your products to the basket and proceed to checkout as normal. 2. Select "International Bank Transfer" as your payment method. 3. Complete the order and a unique reference number is generated for you. 4. The full bank details, including IBAN and BIC, are sent to your registered email address after the order is placed. 5. Make the transfer from your online banking, quoting the unique reference number so we can match your payment quickly. Please note that payment must be received before we can dispatch your order. International transfers can take 1–5 working days depending on your bank and the country you are sending from. Currency and pricing All prices on the site are shown in GBP. Your bank may convert the amount at its own exchange rate, and you may be charged a separate sending fee by your bank. We have no control over those charges, so it's worth checking with your bank before you send.
