We want you to be happy with your order. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind.

Unopened items

If the product is unopened and in its original condition, we'll refund the item cost in full once we've received it back.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Hygiene

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened food-supplement products unless they are faulty.
